Welcome to my page!
My name is Minna, and I’m the person behind Inhale Exhale McHale. My journey into helping people in the world of health, fitness and well-being began in 2011, when I started teaching yoga in Helsinki. This came after several years of dedicated practice of Astanga yoga, which offered me many of the benefits that I can now share with my clients and students. Within a few years, I had developed extensive experience from working as an instructor in a variety of yoga salas, as well as with private and corporate clients. Professional development was a vital element during this period, and I attended a wide variety of workshops and retreats that gave me a deeper and more extensive understanding of various yoga formats, and their connections with holistic well-being. |
For the past few years I have been managing Inhale Exhale McHale, which has allowed me to diversify into the world of Personal Training and become a qualified instructor in that field. I have also specialised as an instructor in the fields of Movement & Mobility, and Bodyweight Training.
However, my focus has remained upon the holistic health benefits of all areas in which I teach, and my clients have benefitted from this approach, along with the expertise and knowledge I have in the diversity of disciplines in which I have trained.
This focus upon the holistic health aspects has elevated the importance of recovery, relaxation, and rest in my approach, to enhance the complete well-being of each individual that I work with. Whilst exercise helps reduce stress and anxiety, it can also be the cause bodily stress, especially intense exercise regimens. Therefore, it is essential that rest, and active recovery, are part ofany progressive training programme. This is an area that I am passionate about!
Of course, training is fun and provides excellent benefits, but rest and recovery are also a vital component as we strive for well-rounded and sustainable health gains.

‘But most important for me her kind, always happy and empowering style makes you feel at home, giving you the space to be yourself, accept your abilities and limitations and relax and work to the best you can with your body and mind.’
